We love what we do and want you to love the jewelry you purchase from us. The last thing we want is for a piece of our jewelry to make you unhappy, so we will do everything in our power to make sure it fits comfortably, functions properly, and looks spactacular. Please review our policies before making your purchase.
Unites States domestic sales only
At this time we are unable to ship orders outside of the 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii. Sorry, no international sales.
Payment
Secure payment is facilitated through PayPal. During checkout you have the option to use "PayPal Check Out" or "Check Out". When you initiate "PayPal Check Out" you will be redirected to PayPal's account login page to complete your transaction. If you select "Check Out", you will be redirected to PayPal's Guest checkout page where you can enter your credit card information. Both options are secure and your payment source or billing information is not shared with JB Gampe.
Tax
All orders are subject to the current Los Angeles, CA sales tax rate.
Shipping
Free shipping via USPS Priority Mail from JB Gampe to you is included in all orders.
All orders are shipped in a suitable gift box or gift pouch.
Items will ship to the "shipping" address on your receipt. Unfortunately we are not able to fulfill orders shipping to PO Boxes.
We will contact you and provide a tracking number once your piece has shipped.
In-stock orders will ship within 3-5 business days of the order date.
If you do not received a tracking number or your package, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return an item for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Sender is responsible for shipping costs. Returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition. No refunds will be issued without a return authorization. Item(s) must be received within 7 days of the return authorization date. Once received, please allow 7-14 days for your refund (less any shipping costs) to post to your account.
Returns due to fitment issues will be refunded (less any shipping costs). We strive to adhere to U.S. sizing standards but unfortunately they are often inconsistent as are the tools used to measure them. Before ordering, please review or sizing resources. While some items may be resized, others cannot be due to damage that may be caused during the resizing process.
To return or exchange an item, please contact us and include the order number or full name, and item description. We will respond with a return authorization number and instructions.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
Cancelations
If you would like to cancel an order or an item in your order, please contact us and provide the order number and item(s) you would like canceled. Once your cancellation request is received, please allow 7 days for the refund to post to your account. If the item has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow our return procedure.
Repairs
We're here for you. If your jewelry needs repair or replacement, please contact us. We guarantee the quality of our jewelry based on normal wear and usage for one year from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage. We will cover shipping charges when sending jewelry repaired or replaced under warranty to you, however, you will be responsible for shipping charges when sending the item(s) to us for repair or replacement.
Beyond the warranty period we may repair or replace your jewelry for a charge and will not be responsible for any shipping charges.
